Pearlescent, luminous printing

Luminous print

Gold and silver powder printing

The gold powder or silver powder is mixed with special paste or adhesive with better transparency of gold and silver powder and printed on the fabric to form a golden or silver glitter pattern effect.

Sparkle printing

Scintillators are vacuum metallized aluminum sheets with various colors and thicknesses of 0.008mm to 0.1mm, which are resistant to high temperatures. Scintillation film printing should use strong adhesion, transparent film, and good gloss. It does not affect the flickering luster and special printing paste to print. It must ensure that the fabrics are soft to the touch and have a good fastness to achieve dazzling results.

Gold foil printing (bronzing)

The special gold foil paste is used to print on the printing fabric, and after the pulp is dried, the foil is covered with aluminum foil, and after pressing at a high temperature, the gold foil pattern effect is obtained. The special gold foil paste is a kind of thermoplastic resin type water-based latex paste, which has soft hand feeling, good lightness, good fastness, and stickiness. It can be used in any fabric with high temperature resistant to 1600C.

Imitation peach print

Imitation peach skin printing is the use of imported peach special pulp (or add paint), after printing to achieve the surface feel and appearance of a peach effect. Peach skin is very strong hiding power, more suitable for printing large blocks, not exposed, do not block the net, can be printed on flat screen and round screen;

Imitation leather print

Imitation velvet printing

Imitation velvet printing uses gold and silver velvet pulp printed on the fabric and dried, baked to obtain a velvety velvety and sheen.

Contrast dark print

The use of color deepening paste printed on the ground, after drying to obtain dark and light contrast dark print effect. The printed fabric does not need to be baked, has a soft hand, and has good color fastness.

Color coating printing (gloss printing)

The printing method is adopted in the use of a bright paste and a paint paste, and the fabric is dried and baked to obtain a plastic coating and light coating effect on the surface of the fabric.

Photochromic printing

It is the principle of using ultraviolet light to convert energy into light. Photochromic materials are applied to printing. The printed product is exposed to sunlight and ultraviolet rays, absorbs the energy of sunlight and ultraviolet rays and produces color changes. When the sun and ultraviolet rays are lost, the color changes. , that is, immediately return to the original color. Photochromic paste is the use of micro-capsule technology, fabric colorless variable colored, blue variable blue-purple and so on.

Thermochromic printing

Is the use of thermochromic material printed on the fabric through the human body temperature changes, repeated changes in color, temperature-sensitive color paste for the 15 basic colors, low temperature color, high temperature colorless, each color mixed with each other.

Transfer printing

The printing method is to print the desired flower pattern onto the paper with dye color paste, and then the fabric is attached to the front surface of the paper. The sublimation performance of the dye is used to transfer the dye on the paper to the surface of the fabric after high temperature and pressing. Pattern color effect. Transfer printing using polyester, nylon fabric is more common.

Scent finishing printing
